Novoa MedSpa was created in 2012 and evolved from Perfect Image Cosmetic Surgery which was created in 2006.
Originally created in 2005 as part of First Choice OB/GYN Associates. First Choice, one of the largest OB/GYN practices in El Paso, expanded its services to include cosmetics, based on the requests of its patients. It immediately became a very successful endeavor, so large that First Choice could no longer accommodate both practices in one office.
Novoa MedSpa prides itself on providing more services and higher customer satisfaction than anyone else. To set the expectations and standards of our practice any lower would make us feel that we were simply not trying to do our best. From its commencement, this is exactly what Novoa MedSpa has done and will continue to do.
Dr. Novoa has been recognized for his presentations as an Esteemed Faculty and Speaker for the 2023 and 2024 ISCG World Congress of Cosmetic Gynecology & Body Contouring conferences.
We are very proud to announce having received the AMA PRA award with commendations for 2016-2019 and 2020-2023.
We also received the award for Best of the Best Place for Nip-Tuck in El Paso, two years in a row in 2010 and 2011, sponsored by What's Up Entertainment Weekly Magazine.
Dr. Novoa received the American Medical Association, Physician Recognition Award with Commendation 2016-2019. He was also awarded the 2012 and 2013 Patients' Choice Awards as one of Texas' Favorite Physicians! He also received the 2012 and 2013 Most Compassionate Doctor Awards sponsored by Vitals.com.
