Clitoral Hood Reduction surgery (Clitoropexy) involves surgically reducing the excess tissue surrounding or covering the clitoris. The Procedure

• The surgery is performed under local anesthesia on an outpatient basis. Once the area is numb, the redundant tissue is surgically excised and removed to allow the clitoris to be more easily stimulated.
• The ends are then carefully sutured and the area is cleaned and bandaged.
• After 30 minutes of observation, the patient is allowed to leave.

Perineoplasty is a surgical procedure aimed at repairing or reconstructing the perineum, the area between the anus and the vulva in women. It is often performed to address issues such as perineal tears resulting from childbirth, to improve functional aspects, or for cosmetic reasons. The muscles become relaxed and have poor tone, strength, and control. The internal and external diameters increase. The vagina is no longer at its optimum physiological state.
